Default How do you remove a paint scuff?

I noticed a white paint scuff on my 2006 black Acura TL, as if someone opened their door and scuffed it on my panel. It left a layer of white paint, and its caked on pretty good (Doesn't easily come of when attempted to finger scratch it off). What's the proper way to remove this scuff?
