never mind eveything is fine. my dizzy just went bad

why not start with the easier stuff. any check engine codes? if its not sparking removing the head will do u no good. and spark plug wear should have nothing to do with removing the head either. i would check the distributor and ecu, also main relay and check it timing belt jumped a tooth or more. then go to the head last. unless u broke valves or somthing no reason to pull head. and u take the rocker assemblys off first then u can get to the head bolts. and do a compression check on each cyl before u pull the head
