how do you make a h23 to and h22 vtec

how do you make a h23 to and h22 vtec
how would I make my h23 dohc a h22 vtec? what are the steps I would have to do and what would I have to buy? would there have to be any machining of the motor?

I'm doing it right now. It's not fun, and it's not cheap.
If you have the means, I would seriously consider just doing a full engine swap to an h22. After I finish I'll do a write-up of everything and put it up here. The only reason I went ahead with this was b/c I cracked the head on my h23 and thought I'd "just throw a vtec head on there"........riiiiight. There are supposed benefits of low-end torque of the h23 + high end power of the vtec.....I suppose time will tell.
