how do you fix rasied sleeves in a block?

how do you fix rasied sleeves in a block?
i have a 06 crv complete block w/1500 miles on it and a 09 w/5000 miles on it.they were both overheated and the sleeves were rasied a bit.im not sure what the repair process is to fix these so i can sell them or possibly use them.can anyone give me some insight on what to do?

Wait ..... What? Your sleeves raised?
or did your block(s) warp?
If they warped and isn't to bad, you can re-deck.
OR you can sell them off to your local scrap yard.
