from my experiance, yes.

mines been going out for a while. and it usually give me problems when its hot outside.

what happens to me is if i drive somewhere and park, when i come back out the car wont start. or it will start and then just die. even pushing on the gas it wont rev up at all.

so what i do is turn the car on and off about 10-15 times without pushing in the clutch, so im just getting the fule pump to click on again and listening for it to click. then ill give it a go.
so far this has worked for me for about 9 months of slowly ******* up.
i just ordered the 190 walbro pump for 79$ from a group buy here on honda tech. and that can hold up to 300 WHP. well worth.

ill be installing it this weekend and keep you up dated.

what is yours doing exactly?

Yeah... that seems like my problem.... i'm still running an LS pump with my 11.6c/r LS/VTEC, but mild driving for the most part, because I noticed that a couple times it has died after starting.... 1-2 times i believe and the throttle feels different like it is heavy or accelerating slow. I bumped up my fuel presure to 44psi to be safe and the plugs are looking pretty good, but i don't want to risk it on the new setup....

Is the walbro a intank pump? I just don't have the time on my DA to take the fuel tnak out and all... i dont' know why it's this way on the DA... wish it was under the back seat...

have you tried replacing your fuel filter? as far as i understand, a fuel pump either works, or doesn't.

to be honest , i just dont know what else it could even be?
it happens to me like once a week now. and only during the day. only if its a HOT day. and only after i have driven somewhere.
its never happend at night, nor ever happend in the morning when i leave for work. its like controlled, yet sparadic....

i got the 190 pump and new fuel filter, and new plugs and wires and a new air box filter just to boot.

one of these things has to fix the problem.
