how do u get the front rotor off an accord?
I was chaning my brake pads when i decided to take the rotor off. How do u get that huge center nut off?

Well I'd imagine he would like to take it off to have them turned. Pretty basic.
U don't take that center nut off. You probably have some screws to take out that you'll need an impact driver for.

Ok... I had new rotors that I was going to put on it. The dealership torqued the brake pad bolts so hard, that my 450 ft/lb impact and 3 feet breaker bar couldn't get it off.
The directions in the Haynes manual specifically states to take the center bolt off. I popped off all the 14mm bolts and the rotor does not come off without taking the hub off. The hub doesn't come off unless you take that big *** bolt off. I noticed the big *** bolt has a notch. Is there an SST tool or something?
