how do u do valve seal gaskets
Not sure what you mean... Valve cover gaskets are pretty easy. Take off the valve cover, put on a new gasket (including the round seals for the spark plug tubes) & bolt it back on. Just don't over-tighten the nuts that hold it down. They break easily...
If you're talking about valve stem seals, that's entirely different. Maybe not a job for a noob?

Naaa... They are easy.. Just gotta make sure you do them correctly..
1. Remove the old valve stem seals with a pair of pliers(good luck, its a PITA)
2. clean the valve guide and make sure to remove the little rubber pieces on the outside of the guide that were left over from the old valve seal..
3. put a valve into the head on the seal your working on..
4. put a little oil on the valve stem and slide the seal down the stem of the valve..
5. use a deep well 10mm and tap the valve seal on to the guide, youll know when its on all the way..
