That article is actually kind of off...I haven't seen that occur on that web page before.
They also omit another fundamental function of sway bars, but perhaps someone else should explain that...

The roll of the car doesn't really have much to do with the weight distribution. You could set up a car such that it rolls the totally opposite way, but weight distribution will remain more or less unchanged.Roll is bad.
