I have a 99 Civic Ex coupe with fully built turbo GSR motor and trans. There is no cat or after cat O2 sensor (currently running wide map sensor). I know that there must be a cat on the vehicle to pass inspection. I'm worried that adding cat and new o2 sensor will cause engine light to come on. Any recommendations on how to pass Texas state emissions test?
