How difficult is this?
Yeah, not to flame or anything, but this is the kind of question where if you have to ask, I wouldn't recommend doing it.
It really is quite simple though....check out http://www.c-speedracing.com in thier how-to section.
Basically you jack up the car, take off your wheels, and unbolt your shock assembly where it's attached to your car.
Make sure you have a good hydraulic jack, a GOOD jack stands, and a spring compressor so you don't hurt yourself.

just make sure you stop by the honda parts dept first to buy LCA shock bushings, yours are going to be burnt out....oh yeah but the bolts too, that crap is always seized!
