how do i adjust these on a 94 civic hatchback ??

Caster is not adjustable unless you want to swap the control arms left to right. If you're talking about camber, you need a camber kit to be able to adjust the camber. Toe is adjusted at the tie-rods.

However, unless you have the correct equipment (IE, alignment machine), this is stuff you should really leave to the pros. You can get it close with a tape measure in some cases, but you really need to have it adjusted correctly or else your car will handle unpredictably (which can be dangerous) and your tires will wear abnormally (which can also be dangerous).
