Default How to adjust alternator to replace belt on 92 d16z6 engine...?

Hey guys,

I can only find 2 bolts to loosen and the alternator will not budge. The belt squeaks and sounds really bad upon acceleration.

Are there any other bolts that need to be loosened so I can adjust the alternator and check/replace the belt?

Thanks!

yeah there is only two bolts to the alternator. sometimes you can pull on the belt with your hand and it will pull the alternator loose. if that doesn't work then try a prybar and pry it towards the engine....
