stock 125. i heard the Apexi turbo kit puts it @ 178. don't know for sure though. 
haven't heard anything else about a high hp sohc vtec at all.

sohc vtec stock put out around 105-110 to the wheels. on moderate allmotor builds they put out 160+ to the wheels, and wild turbo builds can make 500+
