Default Horrible CRX problems

Alright mates heres my issue

1987 CRX Si D15a3. The guy i bought it off of tells me he just put a new clutch in it. If im ideling in neutral with clutch out i hear chattering. If i put the clutch in, in neutral it goes away. If i put the clutch in and select a gear without releasing the clutch there is chattering. In most gears there is chatter during the time that i release the clutch and usually for a few seconds after until i pass 2 thousand rpm it seems to go away. After steady acceleration in gear 1 2 3 or 4 and i suddenly release the throttle the chattering comes back majorly. What seems to be the issue? The clutch doesn;t slip either.
