I've installed a airhorn couple months ago but without the relay that comes with it. So i ran it without my stock horn. I recently washed my car and then my horn didnt work. Then it would come back on and off. And now it doesn't work completely. I've checked the fuses and the stock horn relay makes a clicking sound when I push the button. I hooked up a test light to the horn wire and pushed it but the light doesn't go on. What is the problem? What should i do?

go back and check all your wires, sounds like you have a short or a loose connection somewhere.

bro, if all this happened after you washed it, i'd check all the connections. if when u did the wire connections, u didnt tape them, or they are open, water could have gotten in them, which may cause it to short. also if its water, it may move around in the connection, which would cause the horn to come in and out. the reason the test light didnt work when u touched it to the wire was the same reason your horn doesnt work. but you may have been able to go back in ten minutes, shake the connections, and the light would work. just my spare thoughts...
