Default Horn does not work. Help.

hi, my horn does not work. 98 hatch, i checked the fuses n it turned up fine. once in a while when the car is parked in the hot sun when its very hot outside, the horn sometimes works for a little. so i ended up buying a new horn from honda for about $35 bucks. i changed it and it still doesnt work. anyone know wut is the problem here? any help is appreciated. thanks

Just use your finger!! J/K
if you take off your steering wheel there should be a/some copper tabs that may be
worn-dirty or need to be bent back into position. hope this helps.

i checked the wires in the steering wheel. the wires are fine. any other places it could be?

did you troubleshoot the wiring? I.E. continuity checks, presence of voltage, etc.
