Default honing

i'm planning on throwing some forged internals in my b18b1 and boosting it in the near future and was just wondering if it is completely necessary to hone the cylinder sleeves? sorry for the newb question but i gotta start somewhere

Yes. Rings are hard enough to seat on a properly honed cylinder.
