My Friend recently purchased a S200 P72 GSR ECU off a guy on K20a.org. We went to to fire up the car so he can pass emissions and it wouldnt fire up. Doesnt sound like its getting fuel. is there actually wiring that needs to be done or is it plug in and play? Also would it matter if the Launch control and full throttle shift are not hooked up? (it was too late to pick up the T-taps we needed for clutch sensor switch)

You don't need to wire in any of the external options to get the car to run properly.

Go to hondata.com and download the s200 manual.
It will walk you through troubleshooting the s200 system.
