Default Hondata help

I need help with my hondata. I have a 2001 prelude with h22a4 and recently ordered and installed hondata s100 with a p28 ecu. I recently found out that the p28 ecu will not open the secondary runners in my intake manifold. Do I need to get a different manifold? I know the p72 will open the secondary runners but dont want to spend the extra money for another ecu? what kind of damage if any could happen from using stock manifold?

get a p72

switch to a single-step manifold

use hondata to open it when you want as it normally would.

or dont worry about it.
