Bought Honda Pilot in Spring of 2021 and did road trip soon after. Also did a navupdate prior to trip. During trip nav was making obvious errors (voice command tells me to turn right and map displays says left, directs me to take exits that do not exist. distance errors, etc.). I figured I must have gotten a bad update. In July vehicle indicate update available but when I tried to update I received error 'not compatible with this device'. I then contacted Garmin support and they looked at the file, indicated they were aware of problem but did not have a fix as of yet. In August vehicle again said update available and tried again with same result. I then took vehicle to local dealership and after having vehicle for 2 1/2 days they did not have a solution and needed to wait for a fix from Garmin. Anyone else out there having this problem??? It is now September, no fix, any advice on what to do next?
