Default honda bounce

so my car is bouncing

when I take off at the light in first gear
if I shift normally it only does it in first gear.
if I shift hard I hear the typical bowwowowowowbrrrrrrrrrrrrrwaaaaaaaaaaaa( best I can describe lol) that you hear in every Honda racing video

stock motor stock mounts. stage1 exedy clutch about 50-60% as far as I know is good no busted springs

last car that had the bounce turned out to be bad TPS.

this car is the fuckmobile that been wasting my time for almost a year so everything is good in this. I know every sensor works because I tested it over and over troubleshooting another problem.( distributor was bad)

so it bounces pretty bad when I take off. its kindof embarrassing looks like im a noob driver.

I checked the mounts and they are all good. no rips on either of big mounts

now I have few questions

1 can a mismatched clutch disk and pressure plate cause this. because the clutch engages rather quickly for stage1 exedy. I had less issues with act stage 4 in same car that I drove without bouncing.
2 are the torque mounts supposed to be centered or it doesn't matter?
3 how can I test the engine mounts to see if they are possibly blown out. it idles smooth. doesn't wobble when I rev it with throttle cable. doesn't move when I try to shake it by hand. and visually the mounts are good.
