I'm only doing this to be nice, but what you're doing is very, very Ricey, and will be a tip off to Those Who Know about how not-serious your car is... but here you go.

Do a web search for Earl's supply. Also check out most circle-track catalogs, Left-hander, or Colman. Just about any hotrod shop or off-road shop can get it. For the max RiceBoy effect, add the fake hose ends too.

Yeah I know what you mean...

... I guess I define "rice" as something that makes a car "look" like it supposed to go faster, but either has no effect, or makes it slower AND more expensive.

I know the braided will work just fine, it's just that it makes the car marginally heavier, more expensive, look faster, and makes no difference at all in performance.

It's like my rant about Big Wings, the $250-500 fake ones which have no downforce or drag data... not that the Mfg would even know what that means... What they do know is people will spend big bucks to make their car look fast but go slower (due to weight or drag)

But I'm off topic...

Fair enough...

I guess the logical extreme is a show car - it looks REALLY fast and doesn't move at all.

Check out the link in my sig for the other extreme.
