Hit a curb. Need some tech/frame help... 7 pix
i got myself into a hydroplane a couple of years ago in my integra the back end swung out and the curb took a bite into my wheel, now i just change my strut and the lower control arm because those were the only parts that look damaged. when i put my old set of wheels back on it looks as if the rear sub frame is bent in! I got some suggestions on just taking the whole thing apart and pulling it out with a come-along (tie a towing type of chain to a tree and pulling the frame straight)anyway here are some pics. any opinions are welcome because it already has caused inner/outer tire wear on both sides.
compare to the "normal" side

not bad looking i hit a curb once i instantly gave myself 45 degrees of camber. I had to replace the axle and all. I suggest taking out everything connected to the subframe and straighting it out with a wrench hammer pliers or whatever
in short, take it to the shop!
if you want the precision, I suggest going to a shop and have them align the frame. If you do it yourself, chances are that you are going to pull more than needed and it will result in total damage to your car. This is because the hydralic pulls that the shop uses only pulls, not push.

The frame shop I worked for was rather low tech, but the guy that twisted frames was a genuine expert. He'd look over a car for 90 seconds, attach the chains and a couple minutes later the car looked like a car again, mind you these are cars that by all rights should've been totalled out. You have a nice looking car there, don't risk messing it up worse by just slinging a chain around a tree and pulling. If a shop messes it up you can make them fix it, if you do you're screwed. Sometimes it's best to just bite the bullet, besides it should not cost much, the damage appears minimal.
it looked worse before i replaced the broken parts. but i will consider taking it to a frame shop and getting it done with precision, although i am afraid that it will drain my wallet. anyone have an idea of what kind of labor they will be charging me?

i did that alredy it didnt help much other than correcting the positive camber. It just mad e the wheel stance shorter on that side compared to the other side. you reall cant see it in the pic but the wheel is bent in at an angle (wheel is turning out)
still going through this now.. my situation is similar: i hit the divider in the highway. front left wheel was bent in like that. on flat ground the car is crooked. under the hood, the strut cover that is welded on was ripped a little.
replaced lower control arm. took it to body shop.. cross member was bent up so they replaced that. they also fixed the strut tower where it connect to the frame. $650 later.. my car is still crooked and still pulls left. im bringing it back this week and probably gonna have the frame pulled.

(Yea thats messed up too...)
That piece is mangled, can it be replaced or is it totaled?
