Highest compression on pump gas in a hot climate.
Building up a GSR motor and was not exactly sure on some compression #'s.
Assuming an otherwise stock engine, stock ignition, stock injectors, f pump, etc... a good header and intake:
What would be the highest safe compression that could be run on pump gas 92-93 octane w/o adding any type of ocatne booster ?
Would 12.0:1 be possible ? Or would 11.5:1 be where I should stay ? The Celica GT-S runs 11.5:1 stock w/o a problem...sooo.... what's up with 12.0:1 ? Or higher ?
Would running a small (50-75 shot) of nitrous be unadvisable at 12.0:1 as well (fuel management and spark would be upgraded by this time) ?
Thanks, I'm X2 and I'm in sunny Florida.... jealous ?

nope, but have done TONS of research. I plan on getting a V-AFC and a FPR then im gunna get some dyno time to tune it. It should be fine un-tuned, and a beast tuned.
