Default Higher Compression for a H22A Type S?

Hi guys...
Ive put a deposit down for a JDMH22A Type S engine for $3200 AUSD (cheap )
Anyway its done 57,000kms
I believe the JDM Type S engines have 11:01 compression

The engine is going to be rebuilt bottom to top...

My question is will this engine handle 12.5:1 compression with 98 octane
(Thats our Premium Unleaded)

The cylinder walls will be sleeved and possibly conrods replaced should be able to handle higher RPS beyond 8K maybe the crankshaft might need to be looked at?

Any comments appreciated...

13:1 can be run on even 93 octane so yes itll definately be safe when tuned. dont worry about the crank. it wont be a problem, and ull be able to go past 8k all day with new springs and retainers..up top
