Default High pitched whistleing??

My car is a bone stock 94 Teg RS. At higher RPM's, like around 5000, my car starts to make this whistling noise all the way up untill i shift. Does anybody know what this could be?? By the way, my car has 116,000 miles on it if that helps out at all??

For a fact i know its not wind noise. Its also not my radio. So i guess that leaves us with ignition, transmission, and engine. On another post from a different site somebody told me that it is probably a leak in my vacuum lines. But i wanted to get a second opinion.
