Just swapped a B16 block with B18c head in my DA integra, and now that im done, the idle is very high. It stays at about 1500 with a distinct "lope" sound. I have a few cels, one for knock, one for VTEC solenoid, and im using a stock OBD-I P72 ECU. I cant see/hear any vacuum leaks and the throttle cable is tight, but is shutting the throttle plate all the way (made sure).

Cams are stock GSR cams. When you open the hood, you can see the engine shake from the lope. Any ideas?

I searched, but I mostly found things about TPS and IACV. None of the posts dealt with an engine that lopes at 1500 RPM.

 

Sure you don't have a lean miss due to vacuum leak or something?
