Default High Idle after swapping heads?

I recently swapped heads on my 89 hatch and now it likes to get a high idle from time to time. It has the d15b1 block with a zc head on it. Also the car likes to randomly die while driving(has to be at operating temp), but after it sits for about 5-10 minutes, it will start and run just fine. Any ideas?
