Default High Idle.

I removed the coolant line from the IACV and TB last week and now have a High Idle. Sits at about 1800RPM warm or cold. I cleaned the TB and IACV when i had it all apart. (just a brake cleans wash as they had no build-up in them. Ive sprayed parts clean around both items and it dosnt change the idle at all.
Its a racecar only and runs a basic B17A1 motor. Just a few bolt ons. But stock intake and TB. What the Frig did i do. Kinda feel like a idiot. All i did was removed the coolant lines themselfs. Did i need to remove anything else?
