i just put a new headgasket and started the motor...it idles @ 4000 rpm...no check engine light and i checked the throttle cable...i also tried retarding and advancing the timing but no effect...what could be the problem???

 

check for any coolant leaks...vaccum leaks...

 

i have a boost gauge w/ vaccuum...what is it suppose to be???

 

Can anyone tell me were i can get a tranny for a 2000 b18c1 gsr ?

 

Check and see if you have a vacuum leak by takeing of the intake and covering the throttle body with you hand. the motor should choke and shut of if it doesnt then you most likely have vacuum leak somewhere

 

i think you're lost...check in the marketplace son....or look locally on craigslist...
