high flow cat/resenator?

Default high flow cat/resenator?

I got a, so they say a hi-flow cat off of ebay and it is just a pipe basicaly with a baffle on the inside like a cheery bomb will that still pass emmisions

those will NOT pass emmisions.

they are test pipes with some sound dampaning material inside to help keep the sound down a bit.
