got a 94 civic and was wondering if any 1 knew of a gas filler relocation kits to hide it like the ones made for the old 57 bel airs where u push the tail light and it flips out and the filler will be behind it don't care if it flips down, up, left, or right the ones on the older cars push once to open and push back to close unless someone has a cleaver idea example in pics obviously isnt a civic but for anyone who thinks my post make no sence it helps

 

Kits? For someone to put together a model-specific kit, generally there would need to be a demand for said kit. And since you're the only person in existance who wants to do this, there is not enough demand. j/k

Seriously, this is a totally custom project and you'd be hard pressed finding anyone who has done this on any given model honda, much less a template or kit.

But you could be the first.. You would basically need to relocate and extend the fill and vent tubes to the tail light. If you are lucky there is enough room to run a flexible hose behind most of the trunk interior panel.

Thats the easy part.

Hinging an OEM taillight will be more difficult.

You would definitely lose a portion of trunk/hatch volume to something like this.

 

There is something "wrong" with mixing electricity and gas fill/vent.Bells start going off in my head when I think about the possibility's.Probably why they haven't done it in the last fifty years.
