Hi!
I'm from Eastern Europe. And we use Russian made AutoProg rom burner. It's good device and soft with it. More than 3K chips in date base. And they all the time uploaded the soft.
Downloaded stock BIN programs from this Crome and Ecucontrol5 in pgmfi.org
Crome have some base fuel maps in library.
We use European P30-G00 ECU for tests. Put the socket, chip turning on and off connector and COM port. All those thinks did my electronic Guru Vasily. Big thanks to him for help.
Al tests did on B16A2 European market engine.
With B16A program check engine code 36 (Traction control) and car running good.
With B18C1 program, code 13. Then become strange think, 3600 Rev limit. Why???? Till that 3500 revs seems like engine responds much better. I mean the B16A2 motor.
Connect to ECU with laptop and try to use Ecucontrol5 program. First off all in pgmfi.org forum there is mistake in COM port connection write up. Must be opposite way connection. Using pgmfi.org write up nothing happenings. So, change the cables to opposite way in COM port connector, then it start to response.
The program find ECU, loading ignition and fuel map. But gouges don't respond! Why?
Next week will be finished real time connector for stock P30 ECU. Then we could do some more job.
