Default Hesitation problems...unsolved.

Well I still haven't found an answer to why my car still hesitate at around 3,000rpm once the car is fully warmed up. But I do have some clue to what it could be. First off this only happen when the car is fully warm up and when I park it for about 5 minutes and drive again, the hesitation would dissapear and then appear again. I'm thinking it could be my primary o2 sensor, but the only code that I have is a code 62-secondary o2. Help anyone.
