i have a 93 civic hatch with a 2000 jdm b18c (R) motor. the problem with it is that whenever i cut the car off and back on and go for a drive it will hesitate on me. like, i would get on the gas to go and it will take a sec and then jerk all of a sudden, kind of a hesitation problem. also, it idles funny...by that i mean on a stand still it will go from 1200 RPMs all the way to 1800 RPMs and back and forth. would any one happen to know what my problem is?

i did put this in both the tech and 92 civic forums b/c i thought i might get more feedback. thanks guys...
