Default hesatation when coasting. please help

so yea my car has been heasatating when im coasting down hills is a high gear like 3rd or 4th at about 25-30 mph. it feels like im tapping the gas peddal down and up very softlly. it jearks the car slighty as well. not to be veaig but it feels like an air of fuel problem...just to let you know its a motor problem and how it feels. i have a stock b18c in a 96 hatch. header back exhaust and a short ram intake.

could it be a vacume leak or bad ground?

feel free to toss out any ideas you have about fixing this problem or things to check!

Sounds like you're coasting in the wrong gear.
