some nights when it gets coller out i get a sligt hesatation when getting on the trhottle (anything over half)

my air /fuel goes full lean for a split second and then goes to its normal spot.....this is at a speed of 60mph around 3000 rpm.......the car has 330 000 km on it ............i think its my fuel pump and sue to the colder temp has to work a bit harder ...oh yes its the accord pump..stock to.......what you think

 

What mods do you have?

 

sorry
cheap cai with hks filter on the end...2.5 crush bent exaust
spoon chip
vafc...not tuned (at 0 )

V-AFC is your friend.

 

i dont think this is a vafc fix....
does it when cooler out side
hasnt done it in about 5 months .....
goes lean for half a sec when pushing gas and then it goes to normal and power picks up to normal
also top end power has benn decreasing for some time now

 

When did you install the V-AFC? I think your A/F are out of wack due to it.

Is this at WOT or mid throttle? Could be the O2 sensor as well.

 

it did it way before the vafc and it does it in between half and full ...basicly the comp sees it as WOT cause the a/f locks in
o2 was done a year ago but ive burned trough a cat since then so i guess it could be ....o2 but why so intermitant

i guess i want it o be the pump so i can expect a reason why its slow hahah

man car was runnog crappy though for sure valbes were out so i went to fix and they were fine dammit ...hiogh expectations i guess ...sorry off topic
