Default Help with window wiring

My passenger window won’t roll up or down from either switch in my eg coupe. I’ve never done wiring, can someone help me figure out how to read this? Driver works fine, I have power at the fuse to the passenger window but no power at passenger switch at all. I have constant power to one wire and then the up and down work on driver window but up and down on passenger do nothing.

It's the wiring at the door jamb connector.....likely broken and needs to be repaired.
