HELP WANTED: intake camshaft seized!
JDM b16, seized intake cam.
happened while I was driving, towed it home, loosened the journals, broke it frre, tightened the journals back up snug, didn't torque them, and yet it re-seized. turning the bottom end over makes the timing belt jump the teeth, no matter what it won't turn.
2 questions.
is the b16a a non-interference motor (would the valves hit?)
what should I do now?

cam caps are original...
oil is new, has about 2 miles on it.
this was the second run of the engine, and the first drive.
bit of smoke trikled out of the dipstick hole after I stopped her and looked under the hood. I'm wondering if the oil pump bit the bullet.
the funny thing is, I had run the engine 20 mins the day before, and this was 10 mins into the drive. plus there is oil in the head.... and I changed the little oil feed O-ring on the center cam cap. so i doubt its the oil pump.
