Default Help W/ a head

I noticed today that my b16 head doesn't have all of the "prongs" for both the exhaust and intake manifold to bolt up to. Is it just me or is something wrong here? If it's just me and you can buy these (someone help give them a name), how do you get them in and where can I pick some up? I hope the threads aren't stripped.

Thanks

just take one nut, screw it down part the way onto the stud. then take a 2nd nut and tighten it down against the 1st one. then you can just use a wrench or a socket on the stud.

Thanks, but how tight to I go on the stud? I don't wanna mess up and end up having to re-tap the hole.

I took all of my studs out and used some purdy 8mm 9-grade flange bolts. Looks good, works great!

it will stop itself on the stud, once you see no more teeth on the inside of the stud, you should stop

I checked out ARP's website and found the studs but they don't list Honda's. Where to look now?
