Ok see sign for setup, trying to adjust the valves for the zex 59300 cam but they didnt give any instructions on this subject. we tried to do it how honda says to do it but it ticks hella bad, i know that adjusting valves is cam suspecific. anyone????? $20 to the first one with an answer.

I just called ZEX

Intake .006 - .007

Exhaust .008 - .009

 

Be sure that your doing this on a cold engine. If you do it when the motors still hot or warm the metal expansion will throw everything off.

 

it is a cold engine, and i talked to zex also and we readjusted them to thos specs and it is still hella noisy. i have heard that they are really loud but i just would have never thought it was this bad i mean it is ticking hella bad.

 

All the Zex'd cammed cars I have heard were pretty loud. Good luck.
