98 prelude, turn signals don’t work hazards do, i traced some wires and got to this would this cause my problem? where do these wires go? thanks

looks like the red wire from the switch is spliced into the green/red for some reason, the previous owner did some questionable wiring

The green/red wire from the fuse box is power from Fuse no. 13. It suppose to run through a diode, which then runs to that red wire that feeds the combo switch for the turn signals.

Remove those blue wire nuts and properly solder and cover the connection. Blue wire nuts don’t belong in a car. That’s some hack job

Looks like the previous owner's splice was to connect to a diode.
