help on Tow Car Dolly in CA

dont know where to post this.. j/w if i buy a Tow Dolly do i need to register n get a plate or i dont have too...

i saw some with plate n some dont... any help?

u need a plate but the cops usually dont bother non commercial trailers/dollys

You dont need to register the dolly..

The car on the dolly has to be and registered
