HELP!!! THROTTLE/VACUUM ISSUE!!!!
Ok, I'll explain this in detail with all necessary information, and I hope someone can help me. I have a 2000 cx hatchbcak, with y8 head, tranny, ecu, and manifolds. there is an exhaust leak at the header, and the secondary o2 sensor is not hooked up(code 65). The idle is low, and there is a throttle delay when i cruise in gear low rpm's and accelerate. Takes up to 2 seconds sometimes to catch. IF I rev it up first with the clutch in, it will go fine. Now, the rear nipple on the Im that used to go to the cruise control unit is open. The reason being when i plug it the car shuts right off. Temperature is good, power is good through whole band except for very low rpm's. Only cel codes are 65, and 2wice now it has thrown map sensor, 5 i believe. Timing possibly? Vacuum issue? I have searched. Any help could be great! thanks
OK I fixed it last night. All it was was the rubber o-ring under map sensor was missing. My bad. Thanks for the help guys, car runs great now!!!
