i mite be gettin thischeap as teg for 400. i just want the block, but the guy wants to sell the whole car! thecar is a 89 teg what motor is in it

Its not worth it. You can pic up a junked or pretty bad shape 90-93 LS for that. Then have a B series block to work with. I beleive that engien is only around 115 hp anyway. The D16A6 is a better engine and has more aftermarket support than the A1 in that old teg.

There is really no swapping options for that engine either. I believe it will only go into an 84-87 CRX/Civic.

its a DOHC ZC motor.....pretty much useless.

 

Its not a ZC. Its a D16A1. There is a difference.

 

its not useless if you have a 1g crx... to any teg owner its useless though
