Default Help with swap?

I have a 98 ex with a d16y8 motor, and the vtec head was replaced with a non vtec head. so what all do i need to swap it back. will i need a new wiring harness, ecu, ect.....??? Thanks, any advise is great. Thanks again.

First off u would need a z6 or a y8 vtec head . New head studs,head gaset, while ur add it u might as well pick up up a new timing belt , water pump , tensior if ur running the stock ex harness ull be mint on the wiring . do u kno what ecu u have ?? if u have a p2p ECU again ull be mint

make sure the oli feed line in the block is clear. sometimes there is crud there.. im assuming u have a complete head....otherewise make sure ur harness is an ex..!! to check look for a green plug near the diz.
