Default Help on rear brake changeover

Ok, guys and gals. I'm going to be going to rear disk
brakes on my 89 CRX Dx since i'm going to go hybrid in the
future. Now I saw a CRX Si in the junkyard with the rear
disk brakes. What exactly do i need to get to make the
changeover. It there somewhere i can go and read EXACTLY
how to do it. Like how to remove this and that. This is
going to be my first serious project and i don't want
to mess it up. Any help is really appreciated.
Thanks in advance for your help.

this is the closest thing to it. Although it's for a 5th gen it still pretty much the same procedure.
