Help reading allignment sheet

got my car alligned today, and it feels a lot better, cuz i got camber kit installed yesterday. i'm just curious what all these different numbers mean? if anyone can help, thanks.

they did the lazy way, if it was out of spec they moved it

i'm a bit picky about my alignment, i like to to be symmetrical
