Default HELP PLEASE My car is Freaking - fuel problem

hey everyone.

My car is bogging like no business. Its a B16 in a CRX. Heres the reason i think its bogging. The fuel pressure is reading out at 60psi idle and 65 psi hitting gas. Well I cant bring it down on my AEM FPR. I have the on the rail model, Used it for many months with no problems. Now i have the screw backed all the way off where it is basically comming out the damn fpr and i cant get lower then 60. I can get it higher though. I think the reason im bogging though is because the injectors arent liking this high *** pressure. Any ideas of whats up. I was thinking my return line was clogged or something but thats unlikley. I tried everything to lower it, it wasnt having it. When i even opened my gas tank (88 crx) it make a weak PIST noise for releaving pressure and the rail still read 45 psi. ANY IDEAS?>

Is the AEM like the B&M where you have to cut the stock FPR? If it is you possibly cut too much off the top. If not, I would try swapping the stocker back on. Do you have an aftermarket fuel pump?
