i have 95 integra and i just swap gsr in it
the problem is the car wont rev pass 2000rpm
tps good
map sensor good

More info. please. Sounds like wiring problems. Is your '95 DC2 an LS or GSR or is it a DB8? Are you using the GSR wiring harness or what? How about the ecu? Maybe, the wiring plugs are mixed up or some are not plugged in? Maybe, try to trace back what you guys did, maybe you guys missed something!
